Using Drone for Pictures or Videos

As long as you are on private property or have permission, then you are almost ready.  That is as long as you; don’t fly over any people, maintain Visual Line of Sight (VLOS), stay below the allowed height and not within the designated radius of an airport.

So, there is now easy answer. The best way is to learn the rules, whether by attending classes or reading.
